School of Inner Healing 1 (SSIH-1)

Proverbs 4:23 tells us that out of our hearts flow forth the issues of life. When our hearts are wounded and hurt, problems will surface in different areas of our lives as well. The fruits of our lives are determined by the roots buried in the soil of our hearts.

Soakability School of Inner Healing 1 lays the biblical foundation of how the spirit, soul, body is interconnected and how healing our hearts and renewing our minds bring healing, restoration and breakthrough for every area of our lives. The course shows how this biblical framework for inner healing can be incorporated with practical approaches that are easy to learn and apply in real life.

We will be exploring the various issues of our hearts that are causing blockages that hinder us from moving forward. Be ready to enter the depths of your heart, begin healing from the pain of your past, and breaking free from repeated patterns of defeat. Inner healing brings freedom and re-positions you to experience life in a fresh new way.

Here’s what you will learn in the course:

– The top two lies that keeps us from experiencing God’s best for us.
– The three existing approaches to inner healing and deliverance.
– How what we feel, what we think, and what we do are interconnected.
– How to align our spirit, soul, body with the Spirit of God.
– How to pray inner healing prayers to experience a divine exchange with God.
– How to deactivate the fight and flight response of your nervous system whenever you feel triggered.
– How to break negative patterns in our thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
– How to deal with symptoms when you have not uncovered the root issues.
– How to release trapped toxic emotions from your soul and body.
– How to renew your mind as you rewire your brain.
– How to clear blockages and break bondages in your life.

Soakability School of Inner Healing 1 (SSIH-1) will be on four Saturdays starting on 17 July 2021 2pm – 5pm (3 hours) via zoom and the cost is $120 SGD per pax.
